§ Supplement for 3rd and 4th bed starting from €35 per person §
WINTER PRICES (Dec - Jan - Feb - Mar - Apr)

Santa Croce Apartment: starting from €160
§ Prices are for a minimum occupancy of 2 people for a minimum of 7 nights - arrival on Saturday §
§ Supplement for 3rd and 4th bed starting from €45 per person §
CANCELLATION POLICY
§ Within 7 days before arrival only the 20% confirmation deposit will be charged §
§ Between the 6th and 1st day before arrival, 50% of the entire booked stay will be charged §
§ No-show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
For shortened stays or early departures, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged. Reservations will be considered valid upon payment of the 20% "confirmatory deposit," which will always be retained (Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code) in the event of cancellation.
